After over ten years in the corporate world, Giulia chose to listen to the voice of her heart — and set off. Yoga was her awakening: a practice that not only stretched her body but opened the space of her heart. In recent years, she has traveled solo across Asia, teaching yoga in Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Bali. Through breath, movement, and silence, she guides transformative experiences that help others come home — to themselves.

I recently had the privilege of joining the Girls Retreat in Bali and I can honestly say it was one of the most nourishing and transformative experiences of my life.
From the very first day, the retreat offered a perfect balance of relaxation, personal growth, cultural immersion, and genuine sisterhood. Each day was thoughtfully designed, blending peaceful moments, spiritual practices, and cultural discoveries in the most harmonious way.

Is this retreat for me?
This retreat is designed for active travellers, who enjoy a good blend of adventure in combination with slower-paced, wellbeing sessions.
However, all the activities are optional, if you prefer reading a book in a quiet corner or relaxing by yourself, it is totally fine, and an equally wonderful way of enjoying the moment..
Please note that this journey is designed for a female prospective, we welcome trans women, cis women, intersex, genderqueer, gender fluid and non-binary people.

YES! We actually encourage solo travelers to join the retreat, as it’s a perfect opportunity to open up, connect, and make new friends in a safe environment

Please read the cancellation policy carefully to ensure you're aware of the terms before booking:
Guest Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only in the case of serious medical reasons, and must be communicated at least 30 days before the retreat start date. The deposit will be retained anyways as we already up fronted the costs. In such cases, documentation may be requested.
However, your booking can be transferred to another person, provided you inform us and share their details with sufficient notice.
Organizer Cancellations or Force Majeure
If the retreat must be cancelled due to unforeseen events or if the minimum number of participants is not reached (5 people), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In this case, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and fully refund all amounts paid (deposit).
The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as flights or external bookings.
No-Show, Early Departure, or Late Arrival
If you fail to arrive, arrive on a different date, or leave the retreat early, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Personal Responsibility & Insurance
Participation in the retreat includes physical activities. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks.
The retreat organizers are not medical professionals and are not liable for health conditions that arise before, during, or after the retreat.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health and to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip cancellation, and unforeseen emergencies.
Acknowledgement of risks
Throughout the trip, participants are responsible for their own safety.
Cautious and extra care are required during classes and experiences. By joining the classes and experiences, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and recognize that it is their duty to ensure that they stay within their physical limits. The teacher and guides shall not bear any responsibility for any injury sustained within the scope of their participations during the session.
General Waiver
You acknowledge that during the retreat you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat organisers, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Morning Ritual arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat.

By attending this retreat you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
